Henri is a very cold-hearted realist. He never sugar-coats anything and if he feels a certain way about you he'll tell you.
He and Alfred don't get along due to his witty-remarks and Alfred's loudness and tendency to get the last word. They bicker back and forth every so often. They even argued to the point where Alfred punched him in the face. Henri though, reservedly stood up and did not make a big deal, instead telling the butler to bring ice to his room later.
