He is generally cheerful though not much else is known about him. Miwa has a huge crush on him and he seems willing to date her as well, after he gets a love letter from her that was passed on by Yuuka.
Misumi does not realise at all that Yuuka is a little embittered towards him and tried to emulate him to please Miwa.
