Hakei (?) is the Crown Prince of Kuto during Genbu Kaiden. While he possesses evil intentions and is determined to invade Hokkan, he acts in a friendly manner toward Uruki during Uruki's time as a Kuto soldier named "Taki". Shigi and Hien are under his command.
