Hue is a young boy from Hiougi City. He is also Kyohei's childhood friend, and alongside him received their very first Pokemon. Hue is described as feeling passionately for Pokemon battles and Pokemon strength. He is also a doting older brother to his little sister. He seems to have a strong grudge against the new Team Plasma.
