A Hastur (alien species), who attended the same space kindergarden and space elementary school with Nyaruko and Kuuko. Despite of Hastur's appearence, Hastur is actually a boy. Nyaruko and Kuuko call him "Hasuta-kun". He possess the power of air, and is known to be stronger than both Nyaruko and Kuuko, since he was the one who always stopped their fight during space elementary school.
Hastur is based on Hastur: The deity of the wind.
