Hyo () is a member of Konoha's ANBU and a former member of the, now disbanded, Foundation. As most Foundation members, he's still loyal to Foundation's founder Danzo and is apparently trustworthy enough to be given the task of delivering top-secret information for him. He is introduced when acting as a go-between for Danzo and Sai, reminding the latter about the will and purpose of Foundation while doing so. He is presumed to be helping in Danzo's efforts in becoming Hokage.
