Regis is a young noble. His caretaker is his companion Seira. Regis has a high regard for elegance and is extremely prideful. He values manners and honor primarily. He and Seira appeared to investigate the possible appearance of an infected/mutant amongst the humans.
Regis is fairly short and when Ikhan first sees him, he becomes excited at having someone the same size as him. Ikhan has always felt self-conscious, but Regis does not feel bothered by his height.
