Position: Batting Coach
Older brother to Yuhei Azuma, he was once a star pitcher and cleanup batter for Takao Jitsugyo High School. He was on the verge of winning the regional finals to reach Koshien, as well as being observed by pro team scouts, but was forced to quit baseball after sustaining a career-stopping leg injury while saving Yuhei from falling down a staircase. He runs a produce delivery service, and is currently acting as the batting coach for Seishu's baseball team. This is because Ichiyo, whom he is romantically involved with, has promised to marry him if Seishu makes it to Koshien.
