Kamome Tsurubami (, Tsurubami Kamome) is a new transfer student to Hakoniwa Academy, now a freshman of Class 1.
Medaka labels Tsurubami's abilities not as a skill, but as a style, which Tsurubami himself calls the Kamome System. Tsurubami's spinning top seems to be his weapon of choice, though how it factors into his abilities is still unknown.
