Chikai is the most popular guy at the school. He is kind of narcissistic (since he loves himself a lot). At the first he had a girlfriend's Yukine but then they break up. His goal was to make Hanabi to see the greatness of "Chikai-sama" and so she can accept that boys aren't that horrible like she said but eventually he start to fall in love with her.
