King Neptune ( Nepuchun O), known as "God of the Sea" ( Kaishin), is a coelacanth merman and the king of the Ryugu Kingdom on Fishman Island. He is the father of Fukaboshi, Ryuuboshi, Manboshi, and Shirahoshi.
