A member of Eden's most powerful power users, the Code:Names. Saechika's title is 'Code:Closer', a nod to his ability to extinguish the life of everything around him in a specific proximity. He appears after the death of "The Seeking One" to collect the Pandora box from Shigure, who has been working for Saechika all along, and to announce the hunt for Ogami Rei, who now has become a threat due to the Code:Emperor's soul in his left arm having awakened.
His uniform shows that Saechika goes to the same highschool as Toki's.
