A Re:Code under the command of "The Seeking One". Hiyori is an effervescent girl whose child-like innocence is matched by her child-like cruelty towards her victims. On the other hand, she's very fond of Yukihina and is close to Shigure, her two Re:Code comrades.
Hiyori's special power is "Balloon", an ability to create explosive balloons and use them to manipulate any membrane in the body like the cornea causing blindness. Her lost form is a small turtle.
