He is Kurokami Medaka's brother. He is a master analyst, trainer, and manager. He was the one who made the Kurokami family rich and physically powerful. He was also a former member of class 13. His ability to train people allowed him access into the Flask Plan. He currently is the keeper of Ghost Babel, Hakoniwa Academy's old school building.
He has a huge sister complex.
