A mercenary assassin who lost an arm to Ogami during their previous encounter. He is commissioned to murder children of Yakuzas by a man who lost his wife and child to a scuffle between Yakuzas and fought Ogami again. This time, he nearly loses his life, but Sakura intervenes and persuades him to drop the mission.
