Blush is a general in the U.S. cavalry and a member of the Syndicate. He murdered Fino and Yaghi’s parents when they refused to give him information leading to the “treasure,” or Zodiac Gun. He had pretended to be wounded and allowed the family to nurse him back to health so they would open up to him about the treasure.
