He dresses as a girl because he feels it matches his true nature. He walks along with 40 cm high boots, which is used as his primary attack. If he ever is called an "Okama" (Japanese for cross dresser), he enters an enraged frenzy. "She" is likened to the cat of Bremen, due to her feline movements and actions.
