1. System Requirements

Your computer must meet the following system requirements to run this game.
The game may not run, or you may experience decreased performance on
computers that do not fulfil these requirements.

2. Install Sonic Riders
------------------------------------------------
To install the game, insert the Sonic Riders disk into your computer's DVD drive.
If you have auto-run enabled on your computer, the installation program will
automatically open and install Sonic Riders to your hard drive. If autorun is not
enabled, browse the content of the DVD via My Computer and double-click the
SonicRidersSetup.exe icon. Follow the on-screen prompts to install the game on to
your computer.
Q) The game does not boot. What could be the problem?
A) Please check whether your Graphics Card meets the minimum requirement for the game.
We strongly recommend installing the latest versions of the drivers. The driver has to
be compatible with DirectX 9.0c. To play this game DirectX 9.0c, must be installed
separately. If you still haven't installed DirectX, you can do this from the Launcher
when the disc autoruns upon inserting the disc. If this does not occur (the setting may
be switched off) then please click "Dxsetup.exe" in the DirectX folder on the DVD-ROM.
If you still experience problems, please uninstall and re-install the game again.
Q) During the game, if I change the screen resolution, the game doesn't function.
What should I do?
A) Quit the game and re-start the application.
Q) I cannot hear the sound.
A) Please check if BGM and SE/VOICE are ticked on the GRAPHICS/SOUND tab.
Q) My game isn't displaying everything properly. Is there a problem with my video card?
A) Some video cards are known to have problems running Sonic Riders at this time. They are: -
- S3 Unichrome family
- ATI cards older than the Radeon 7500
- SIS Xabre family

4. Known Issues

Sonic Riders requires DirectX 8 and above in order to function correctly.
Please visit the Microsoft DirectX site at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.mspx to download
the latest version, or you can install DirectX 9.0c directly from your DVD located at x:\DirectX\DXSETUP.exe
(x being the optical drive that contains the Sonic Riders disc).
Here is a list of the following graphics cards that are known to have problems with Sonic Riders: -
- S3 Unichrome family
- ATI cards older than the Radeon 7500
- SIS Xabre family
