Full Pause Screen: Press Start to pause the game, then hold Y and press X.
Play as Roll: At the Character Select screen, highlight the Zangief character. Then press Left(x2), Down(x2), Right(x2), Down(x2), Left(x2), Up, Right, Up(x2), Right(x2). If done correctly, Roll will appear to the right of Mega Man.
Play as Orange Hulk: At the Character Select screen, highlight the Chun-Li character. Then press Right(x2), Down(x2), Left(x2), Right(x2), Down(x2), Left(x2), Up(x4), Down(x2), Right(x2), Up(x2), Down(x4), Up(x4), Left, Up. If done correctly, Red Orange Hulk will appear above Chun-Li.
Play as Red Venom: At the Character Select screen, highlight the Chun-Li character. Then press Right, Down(x4), Left, Up(x4), Right(x2), Down(x2), Left(x2), Down(x2), Righ(x2), Up(x4), Left(x2), Up. If done correctly, Red Venom will appear above Chun-Li.
Play as Gold War Machine: At the Character Select screen, highlight the Zangief character. Then press Left(x2), Down(x2), Right(x2), Down(x2), Left(x2), Up(x4), Right(x2), Left(x2), Down(x4), Right(x2), Up(x2), Left(x2), Down(x2), Right(x2), Up(x4). If done correctly, Gold War Machine will appear above Zangief.
Play as Super War Machine: At the Character Select screen, highlight the Zangief character. Then press Left(x2), Down(x2), Right(x2), Down(x2), Left(x2), Up(x4), Right(x2), Left(x2), Down(x4), Right(x2), Up(x2), Left(x2), Down(x2), Right(x2), Up(x4), Right(x2), Left(x2), Down(x4), Right(x2), Up(x2), Left(x2), Down(x2), Right(x2), Up(x5).
Play as Shadow Lady(Super Chun-Li): At the Character Select screen, highlight Morrigan. Then press Up, Right(x2), Down(x4), Left(x2), Up(x4), Right(x2), Left(x2), Down(x2), Right(x2), Down(x2), Left(x2), Up(x2), Right(x2), Up(x2), Left(x2), Down(x4). If done correctly, Shadow Lady will appear by Morrigan.
Play as Lilith: At the Character Select Screen, highlight Zangief. Then press Left(x2), Down(x2), Right(x2), Up(x2), Down(x4), Left(x2), Up(x4), Right, Left, Down(x4), Right(x2), Up(x4), Left(x2), Down(x4), Right, Down. If done correctly, Lilith will appear below War Machine.
Play as Mega-Zangief: Select Zangief and at 1 level press Back, Down, Down/Back + LK.
Play as Evil Ryu: Press Down, Down/Back, Back, Fierce Punch.
Get Shadow as 2nd Partner: As you select your second partner, hold MP + MK + HP.
Dual Team Attack in 3 Level: Press Down, Down/Back, Back + High Punch + High Kick.
Change Starting Character: While at the versus screen, hold Weak Punch + Medium Punch + High Punch and you will switch the starting characters.
Change costume: At the Character Select Screen, highlight yor fighter then press A or Y.
Special Partner Codes: Right before the Special Partner screen appears, hold Start and enter the following codes:
