Crawl into it and you will see two soot piles; one on the bottom and one on the top.
Storybook: Once you get all the pages for Street Detective, collect all the pictures on Dodlem Drive. Then, go back to the storybook. You will have to collect more pictures, After you do so, you will get two butterflies and a page to a book.
