Change the values of the following lines to:

You will need to edit the text file "balance.txt" which is normally in
C:Programme FilesDeep SilverSacred 2 - -Fallen AngelScriptsserver
Find the line (Is Rune for Hero = 400) and change the value to 40000 .
This should ensure that all runes dropped in the game will be for your
current hero.
