Oni cheat codes:
Cheat Mode Enable
In order to enable cheat mode in Oni, hex editing must be done.
This is an intermediate to advanced technique of editing a file.
Always make a backup before editing any file in this way.
Open up the "persist.dat" file with your Hex Editor. Go to
location 0x44 and change the value there to 07. Once that is done,
to run the cheat codes press [F1] while in the game to open the
menu and type in the cheats you want to use.
shapeshifter - Press [F8] to change characters
liveforever - Invincibility
touchofdeath - One hit kills
canttouchthis - Cannot be knocked down
fatloot - Ammunition and health
glassworld - Breakable objects
winlevel - Win level
loselevel - Lose level
superammo - Super ammunition
reservoirdogs - AI controlled characters fight each other
roughjustice - Gatling guns mode
chenille - Daodan power mode, more damage
behemoth - Godzilla mode, become giant
fistsoflegend - Fists Of Legend mode
killmequick - Ultra mode, tougher enemies
carousel - Slow motion mode
bighead - Big head mode
minime - Mini mode
elderrune - Regenerate health
moonshadow - Phase cloak
munitionfrenzy - Weapons locker
thedayismine - Enable developer mode
Developer Mode Cheats
Press ` to bring up the command prompt once in Developer Mode.
Then you may type in these cheats:
[F7] - Cycle through all possible weapons
[F8] - Change character
[F9] - Start recording
[F10] - Stop recording
[F11] - Playback recording
[Ctrl] + [Shift] + G - Toggle slow motion
[Ctrl] + [Shift] + S - Toggles textures
[Ctrl] + [Shift] + B - Display opponent logic
[Crtl] + [Shift] + [Y] - Display frame rate
door_ignore_locks = 1 - All doors unlocked
ai2_kill - Kill all nearby AI
chr_nocollision 1 - No clipping mode
disabled chr_nocollision 0 - No clipping mode
Defeating the computer:
It is easier to defeat the computer if you run counter-
clockwise around the room. Just run in a circle since
Konoko can move faster than the laser beams.
Defeating the Boss after the brain computer:
The Boss after the brain computer has the Wave Motion
Cannon. When you start, run at him at an angle and jump
kick the gun out of his hands -- he will fall down. Once
he is on the ground, run over to the gate with the two
fallen guards on each side. Go to the right and pick up
the Hypo. Use it, and when you are super charged go after
the Boss. This should make quick work of his health. If he
has any health remaining, just use combos on him. Note:
Do not let him get the gun.
